শিক্ষকদের জন্য প্রশ্নপত্র প্রণয়ন সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনা (NCTB প্রদত্ত Guidelines for developing questions)
- Questions should be based on the competencies/skills and knowledge focused in the experiences of the NCTB textbooks as prescribed by the syllabus outlined in this guideline.
- Questions on reading and grammar must be set from the unseen texts which should similar to the relevant texts given in the textbooks in terms of level of difficulty, genre and style.
- Tasks for writing part need to be set considering the type of writing students have done in the classroom. However, no writing tasks/topics should be copied from the textbook while setting questions.
- Question setters need to provide the sample answers and rubrics for marking the essay type/open ended writing tasks.
মূল্যায়ন কাঠামো (NCTB প্রদত্ত Assessment format)
Learners will be assessed on both continuous and summative assessments.However, the formative and summative parts of assessment will carry the weightage as shown below-

- PART-A: READING [25 Marks]
Reading Part-এ ৮ম শ্রেণির পাঠ্যবই হতে নির্ধারিত ৩টি Experience (6, 7, 8)-এর বিষয়বস্তুর আলোকে । এবং ২নং প্রশ্ন প্রণীত হবে। - PART-B: APPRECIATING POEMS [15 Marks]
এই পার্ট-এ পাঠ্যবই বহির্ভূত একটি কবিতা (poem) হতে নিম্নোক্ত দু'ধরনের প্রশ্ন প্রণীত হবে। - PART-C: GRAMMAR [30 Marks]
Grammar part-এ বার্ষিক পরীক্ষার জন্যে পাঠ্যবই হতে নির্ধারিত ৩টি Experience (6, 7, 8)-এ আলোচিত Grammar item হতে নিম্নোক্ত ৫ (পাঁচ) ধরনের প্রশ্ন প্রণীত হবে। প্রতিটি প্রশ্নই হবে Unseen অর্থাৎ পাঠ্যবই বহির্ভূত। - PART-D: WRITING [30 Marks]
Writing part-এ সর্বমোট ৩টি প্রশ্ন থাকবে। প্রতিটি প্রশ্নেরই বিকল্প প্রশ্ন থাকতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে যেকোনো ১টির উত্তর করতে হবে। প্রশ্নগুলো হলো-
